His nimble ability to adjust to any customer’s needs has delivered exceptional results steeped in an intricate knowledge of what Delaware and Pennsylvania offer.

His laughter fills a room only a bit more than his personality. A lifetime resident with deep roots in Delaware, Karl’s knowledge and expertise is unsurpassed. A member of both the New Castle County Board of REALTORS® and the Sussex County Board of REALTORS® allows Karl to provide his services from Wilmington to the beaches.

In his time outside of work, Karl enjoys volunteering with Serviam Academy and DRFC, playing golf, traveling, attending concerts, and sporting events. Karl resides in Wilmington with his wife Nancy and two daughters, Maddie and Emma.
